Join Turkish Airlines as a Cabin Senior (Purser), a key leadership role based at our Chicago (ORD) station. We are seeking an experienced, decisive, and highly professional cabin crew leader to manage our inflight team and ensure the highest standards of safety and service are met on every flight. The role requires full flexibility to be on-call and to work a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: This leadership role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $55,000 to $85,000, plus command pay and per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and full travel privileges on Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance partners.
