Core Responsibilities: Your primary duty is to provide exceptional customer service to all passengers. You will handle check-in procedures, verify travel documentation, and issue boarding passes. You will also manage gate assignments, make boarding announcements, and assist passengers with special needs. This role involves problem-solving, re-booking passengers during delays, and coordinating with flight crews and ramp staff to ensure on-time departures. Qualifications & Requirements: We seek professional and patient individuals. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal right to work in the United States. A High School Diploma or GED is required. At least one year of experience in a face-to-face customer service role (airline, hospitality, or retail) is mandatory. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Turkish or another language is a major advantage. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and must pass a background check. Training & Work Schedule: Paid, on-the-job training will be provided at our Chicago (ORD) station. This position requires full flexibility to work a variable roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, in line with our flight schedules. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly wage, with an estimated range from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
